Regulatory & Accreditation Alignment
We validate alignment across CMS Conditions of Participation and accrediting bodies (e.g., Joint Commission, DNV). Any identified gaps are addressed before activation to reduce compliance risk and survey exposure.

Critical Consumer & Operational Touchpoint Mapping
We map high-impact consumer and operational touchpoints across the patient journey, including CMS border hour requirements and 2026 readiness. These touchpoints define where experience, throughput, and compliance intersect—and where systems most often fail.
